Experience 3 hours of empowerment and joy at EMPOWER & ABUNDANCE body confidence & dance workshop. Learn to manage negative self-talk and compare less followed by a choreographed dance class and meditation. Limited spots for a personalized experience. Run by industry experts Melina Bagnato and Bessie Kay.

2.45pm- arrival

3pm- EMPOWER session with Melina Bagnato, topic: Body Confidence and learning to love your body, how be confident in photos, styling your body and managing the BITCH in the head

4pm- break

4.15pm- abunDance choreographed dance session where you will free your mind, express yourself,  set yourself free and feel nothing but joy!

5pm- break

5.15pm- Meditation & Gratitude circle
